Teaching Philosophy
Celine adopts a structured and student centred approach to piano teaching, working with children, adults and advanced students. Lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether preparing for ABRSM and diploma examinations, building a strong technical foundation or learning for personal enjoyment. Her teaching focuses on developing holistic musicians: secure technique, musical understanding and confidence in performance. She also believes in providing meaningful performance opportunities, having organised student recitals such as the Young Musicians Festival at the National Library (2023), giving students the opportunity to build confidence through public performance.
